Getting Started
Send us a note through the contact form with a little about your business and what you need. We’ll reply within one business day, usually with a few questions, and set up a call to talk it through before quoting.
Yes. We work with clients across North America and Europe, and run projects remotely with scheduled calls in your timezone where we can.
A clear sense of your goals and audience, any brand assets you already have, and a point of contact who can give feedback and sign off. If your content isn’t ready we can help you plan it.
Absolutely. If you have brand guidelines we design within them. If you don’t, we can develop the visual direction as part of the project.
Process & Timelines
Most projects take between two and five weeks. A Starter site typically launches in 2–3 weeks, while larger Growth and Premium builds take 3–5 weeks. You’ll have a firm timeline before we begin.
Five stages: discover, plan, design, develop, launch. You see and approve the work at the end of each stage, so there are no surprises at the end.
One round on Starter, three on Growth, and an open revision window on Premium during the design phase. A round means one consolidated set of feedback and our response to it.
It happens. We’ll reschedule to the next available slot — just tell us as early as you can so we can plan around it.
Pricing & Payment
A fixed price means you know what the project costs before it starts, and we’re both focused on the outcome rather than the clock. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before we do it.
Yes. Projects are typically split into a deposit and milestone payments, and larger engagements can be spread across the project timeline.
Domain registration, hosting and any paid plugins or stock imagery are billed at cost. We’ll always tell you about these before committing to them.
Yes. If you decide you need more pages or features partway through, we’ll quote the difference and adjust the timeline.
After Launch
Yes. Growth and Premium packages are built on a CMS, so you can edit pages, publish posts and swap images yourself. We include a walkthrough session so your team feels confident from day one.
We do. We handle domain registration, fast and secure hosting, SSL certificates and professional email setup, so everything is configured correctly from the start.
Every package includes a support window after launch — 30 days on Growth, 60 on Premium — covering fixes and questions. Ongoing maintenance plans are available after that.
Email us. Defects in our work are fixed at no charge during the support window, and maintenance clients get priority response.
